8) Agenda 1                             :         Establishment of Internal Assurance Quality Cell  in our college.                                                                  

Activities                                 :         Secretary has brought out the salient points about   

establishing the cell.It is felt by all the members that the importance of  quality assurance cell and all of them have  agreed to create the cell in the college for the betterment of faculty development  programmes,quality education and placements,and students  growth.

   Decision                                 :          Approved unanimously by all the members

9) Agenda 2                             :          Appointing Coordinator for IQAC.

    Activities                              :          Name of various staff members were proposed  and finally after scrutinized all the proposed names, everyone has accepted is suitable for the         post  of the Coordinator.     Decision                                :         Approved unanimously by all the  members

10) Agenda 3                           :         Appointing Coordinator for all Departments.

A motion to approve the minutes as approved was seconded. Motion carried.
